Ms. Shipra Tyagi

(Groundwater Quality and Geoinformatics)

 

Shipra Tyagi is a Senior Research Fellow (UGC) and pursuing her doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in the USEM department of GGSIP University, Delhi. Her current research area is dedicated in the assessment and spatial mapping of groundwater quality under the influence of different land use categories. She did her post-graduation in Natural Resource Management (GGSIP University, Delhi) and obtained her graduation in Life Sciences from Delhi University. She has also earned certifications in Remote Sensing and Image Analysis from IIRS, ISRO, Dehradun and Remote Sensing applications for Land Resource Management, NRSC, ISRO, Hyderabad. Apart from her participation, she has communicated her research in various international and national conferences through poster/oral presentation, and same has been published in book chapters and reputed journals. She has been awarded for an International German Summer School (IGSH) 2021, Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany for the course on “Groundwater and Urbanization” under German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
