Dr. Priyanka Kumari is currently associated with Centre for Disaster Management Studies (CDMS) of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi as Visiting Faculty & Course Coordinator for various courses like MBA in Disaster Management, PG Diploma in Fire & Life Safety Audit and PhD in Disaster Management. She is PhD in Environmental Science from GGSIPU and focused her research work mainly into solid waste management, groundwater pollution, wastewater treatment processes and heavy metals removal. She has got published 5 research papers in various national & international peer reviewed journals. She has earned her B.Sc. degree in Environment & Water Management from Ranchi University, Ranchi and M.Sc. degree in Environmental Science from Magadh University, Patna. She also did MBA in Human Resource Management from Sikkim Manipal University & having 2 yrs. experience in the HR consulting as well. She has been awarded with International Young Scientist - Best Oral Presentation Award in International Science Congress held in Bhutan and she has also participated & presented her research papers in multiple National and International Conferences on Environment Pollution & Prevention like Malaysia, Bhutan & Australia.
